Nico O’Reilly A further composed display by the 20-year-old after his initial appearance versus another side. A teammate failed to make the opportunity from a clever backheel over their defense. The left-back spot is firmly his already. Seven

Jarrod Bowen Had the team's clearest opportunity in the opening period, his strike smartly stopped from the opposing goalkeeper. As a teammate holding position, he was forced to stretch the play down the right side yet his deliveries into the box were inconsistent. Taken off with 15 to go. Six

The captain The difference-maker scoring two more goals at international level. The opener a classic opportunist's goal and his next a classy finish with his head after peeling away from his marker. At 32, he continues to improve and the side stand a real opportunity in future competitions with him leading the line. 8

The attacker Struggled to make an impact on the left flank. Was presented with a good opening when set up by Bellingham yet Strakosha denied him. Rashford produced a bigger influence after coming on. Five
